Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role will be responsible:
Preparing monthly/ annual financial statements
Support the management reporting pack preparation
Maintain investor capital accounts and financial models
Investor reporting including capital account statements
Coordinate with external auditors and prepare work papers/ respond to audit queries
Support the onboarding of new fund entities and the integration process
Preparation of tax returns, BAS and other regulatory filings in collaboration with external tax advisors
Calculate NAV, investor allocations and performance metrics
Reconcile bank accounts, loan balances, interest accruals and investment positions
For you to be successful in your application, you will be CA or CPA qualified and have a minimum of 5-6 years experience gained either within a chartered accounting firm (across Audit or Business Services) or a large, complex organisation within the funds management sector. Additionally, you will need to be a fantastic communicator, possess strong technical accounting skills and be a driven individual.
