About the role:

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Provide inbound support for Specsavers stores across Australia.
  • Manage customer bookings, reschedule/cancelling appointments.
  • Be an exemplary representative of our client Specsavers.
  • Commit to consumer advocacy and deliver great outcomes for both the consumer and Specsavers.
  • Handle consumer communication enquiries and providing them with a highly personalised experience throughout.

About you:

  • Previous Contact Centre experience highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong computer literacy.
