Location: Near Upper Changi MRT
Salary: $4,010/month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of applied research projects in psychology and behavioural science.

Conduct literature reviews and prepare research reports.

Collect, manage, and analyse research data using statistical methods and software.

Present research findings through reports, presentations, seminars, and training sessions.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support research activities and publications.

Maintain proper documentation, archive research materials, and safeguard official records.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in Psychology (preferred) or a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in psychology or behavioural science research is preferred.

Strong research, analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical software (e.g. SPSS, R, or similar).

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
