Flinders Shire Council is recruiting for two dynamic HR roles - a Recruitment Officer and an HR Administration Officer.

As our HR Administration Officer, you’ll support the People, Safety and Governance team with hands‑on experience in HR administration, payroll support, recruitment coordination and training administration. This role is perfect for someone proactive, organised and eager to learn.

As our Recruitment Officer, you’ll lead end‑to‑end recruitment campaigns, partner with hiring managers, refine recruitment processes, support onboarding and help deliver workforce solutions across Council. You’ll work closely with leaders to influence workforce planning, candidate attraction, selection processes and work experience programs, while ensuring compliance with local government requirements.
