We are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing accident repair operations by guiding technicians, managing workflow, and ensuring high-quality repair standards. This role ensures that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards, enabling timely discharge of vehicles from the workbay

Job Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to a team of technicians and subcontractors in the maintenance and repair activities within the accident repair department.

Oversee all stages of vehicle accident repair, including initial assessment, vehicle body parts, repair execution, and final inspection.

Ensure all repair works are thoroughly quality‑checked before handing vehicles over to customers.

Manage daily workflow on the workshop floor and ensure optimal distribution of work to maintain high productivity.

Monitor inventory levels of repair materials and parts, ensuring timely replenishment and cost control.

Ensure all repair activities comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry

Strong understanding of automotive repair processes

Good communication skills with the ability to lead and guide technicians

Valid driving license.
