Responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day performance of a commercial portfolio
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Lease administration, renewals, options and rent reviews
• Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
• Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
• Managing arrears, budgets, invoices and property outgoings
• Assisting with leasing and tenant negotiations
• Ensuring properties remain compliant and well maintained
• Providing proactive advice to protect and improve clients’ assets

You will ideally offer:

• Property management experience within either the commercial or residential sector
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills

• Current real estate registration and a valid driver’s licence
