About Us

Saikyo Pasta is a 12-seat Japanese-Italian pasta restaurant at Icon Village, Tanjong Pagar — built from scratch by a husband and wife who are genuinely obsessed with food. One runs the kitchen, one runs everything else. We started from a home kitchen and we're now taking the next step. We're looking for like-minded people who are just as passionate about food, and we'd love to have you join us!

About the role

You'll run our main cooking station, responsible for our core menu — pasta. Your focus is the food, though you'll be working closely with the rest of the team.

Schedule

Mon - Sat (Closed on Public Holidays)

Lunch Shift: 10.00am – 3.00pm

Break: 3.00pm - 5.00pm

Dinner Shift: 5.00pm – 9.00pm

Key responsibilities

Maintain taste, plating, and timing consistency, plate after plate

Prep and portion before service (mise en place)

Track stock counts and flag when running low

Reset the station through the shift

Keep kitchen clean and organized
