Reporting to the Workshop Manager your main focus will be administering daily operations and logistics within the workshop environment at our Redbank depot.

About the role

Maintain accurate and up to date electronic records within the company IT systems to meet maintenance regulatory requirements.

Ensure workshop plant/equipment is maintained in good order.

Ensure parts requisitions and receipting of goods complies with company guidelines.

Maintain fuel, oil and other critical operations consumables to agreed minimum/maximum stock levels.

Skills and experience

Experience in managing admin duties in a heavy vehicle workshop.

Purchasing/warehouse experience managing stock control and processes is preferred.

Problem solving skills, attention to detail.

Well-developed interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.

Intermediate computer skills and Microsoft Office suite
