Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations
Coordinate incoming, outgoing and cross-trade shipments
Liaise with customers, overseas agents and internal teams
Prepare required shipping documents and maintain accurate records
Handle customer issues, follow up on shipments and other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘N’ levels
1 year of freight forwarding, logistics or shipping experience
Microsoft Office
Good communication
Team player
