Monday to Friday | 38-hour week | Saturday work available

WorkPac are currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a local marine company in Darwin. This role is Monday to Friday, paying $35.00 per hour plus penalties.

About Our Client

Our client is a respected provider of marine maintenance and repair services, supporting a range of commercial vessels and marine assets. They pride themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship in a safe, team-focused environment.

What You Will Be Doing

Assisting mechanical tradespeople and blasters/painters with daily workshop activities

Operating a forklift to receive, move, and dispatch materials and marine components

Packing and preparing parts, materials, and supplies for transport

Moving boat, barge, and ship components throughout the yard

Completing general yard maintenance and workshop housekeeping duties

Using power tools, drills, grinders, and oxy-cutting equipment as required

Maintaining a safe and organised work environment while adhering to site safety procedures

What You Will Need

Current Forklift Licence

Current Driver's Licence

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist across a variety of tasks

Experience using power tools, drills, grinders, and oxy-cutting equipment (preferred)

Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
