An established and growing professional service group is seeking a Mortgage Broker Assistant to work directly alongside a high performing Mortgage Broker.

This is a key support role responsible for managing the loan process from application through to settlement, ensuring a seamless client experience with genuine flexibility and long term career growth built into the role

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and submitting loan applications
• Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation
• Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients
• Managing CRM updates and compliance requirements
• Tracking applications through to approval and settlement
• Providing proactive client communication and follow ups

About You

• Experience in mortgage broking, banking, or financial services preferred
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines
• Professional communication skills
• Self motivated and able to work autonomously
• Ambitious and looking for a long term career in mortgage broking
