Responsibilities

Perform accurate and timely entry of commission-related data into internal systems.

Maintain and update adviser commission records and databases.

Prepare and process adviser commission payouts.

Perform basic reconciliation of commission records and statements.

Maintain proper filing and documentation for record and compliance purposes.

Attend to the advisers’ enquiries pertaining to commission.

Ensure commission processes comply with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining the confidentiality of company and adviser information.

Generate reports and summaries to support operational needs

Perform any other adhoc operational, administrative and compliance related duties as and when assigned.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or its other equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Experience in administration, operations, finance related field will be an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially Microsoft Excel.

Meticulous, organised and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Other Information

Working Location: Great World City Office Tower (River Valley area)

5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays (9.00am to 6.00pm)
