About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join a well-established organisation based in Oakleigh. This role will see you providing key administrative support across day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth internal processes and assisting various departments within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support across the business
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and internal correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and general data entry tasks
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments as required
- Support internal teams including Operations, Sales, Finance, and Logistics
- Assist with reporting, filing, and document preparation
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar support role
- Experience using ERP systems or business software (SAP highly regarded)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
- Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
