With a long-standing senior Partner preparing to step back from practice, the firm is seeking an experienced disputes lawyer to play a key role in the next phase of growth.

The opportunity Working alongside 2 other respected mid-level Partners, you'll advise on a diverse range of complex and high-value disputes, including:

• Commercial and shareholder litigation
• Contractual disputes and enforcement matters
• Banking, finance and insolvency litigation
• Property and construction disputes
• Professional negligence and defamation claims
• Planning and environment matters
• Emerging sectors including renewable energy

About You

• 10+ years PAE in commercial litigation
• Currently operating at Legal Director or Partner level, and advanced SCs are also encouraged to apply
• Strong technical capability across complex dispute resolution matters
• Established professional profile within the market
• Ability to contribute to the continued growth of the practice through client relationships and business development
