About the role:

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Landscape Maintenance Manager to join our Landscape Maintenance team.

Supervise a small team of skilled Landscape Maintenance staff in a hands-on role.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate Maintenance projects, schedules, as well as oversee targets, materials, stock and equipment needs for the team.

Undertake business development activities to increase Maintenance portfolio and take control of all Maintenance quoting.

With a hands-on approach, complete regular QA on each of our Maintenance jobs, to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided, as well identify any issues or potential issues and propose adequate solutions.

Step into a hands-on Maintenance role to cover staff absences to ensure as little disruption as possible to Maintenance operations.

Regular reporting on Maintenance activity, expenditure, and additional works required on existing sites, including potential Design or Construction work required by clients.

About you:

We can offer an immediate start for the right candidate, who meets the following criteria:

Significant experience in Landscape Maintenance (min. 10 years' Landscape Maintenance experience) and at least 5 years in a Maintenance Manager position.

Cert III in Parks and Gardens / Horticulture.

Qualifications in Irrigation will be highly regarded.

Extensive experience in Pest and Disease Control.

Current valid driver's licence. Car and tools included in salary package.
