What You’ll Bring
- Diploma in Youth Work, Child & Family, or Community Services OR willingness to enrol
- Current unrestricted Australian driver’s license and probity clearances
- Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset
- Full availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and overnights
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting young people with daily routines, care, and activities
- Building positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Creating safe, structured therapeutic environments
- Responding calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Working collaboratively on individualised care plans
- Mentoring young people to explore interests, hobbies and cultural activities
- Administering medication safely and following individual support plans
- Completing clear and factual handover notes and incident reports

Inductions for these intakes will take place in Tamworth on the 24th August to the 28th August OR 28 September to 2nd October both intakes will be 9am - 5pm.
