Key Responsibilities

Manage and support automation, fabrication, and production activities within manufacturing operations.

Perform hands-on machine assembly, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Support fabrication work, including machine modifications, mechanical fitting, and production equipment setup.

Troubleshoot automation, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.

Coordinate with production teams to ensure reliable machine performance and uninterrupted production.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and performance.

Support process improvement and automation enhancement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational issues.

Read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, and electrical schematics for equipment setup and troubleshooting.

Assist with testing, calibration, and validation of automation systems and production equipment.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Strong hands-on technical experience in automation systems, fabrication, machine assembly, and manufacturing processes.

Additional certifications or training in PLC, automation systems, industrial maintenance, or fabrication would be an advantage.
