Looking for a Senior Property Management role where you're actually given the support to manage your portfolio properly?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded and established real estate group in Sydney's Northern Suburbs, taking ownership of an established portfolio of approximately 180 properties.
With dedicated leasing support, assistance with routine inspections and no trust accounting, you'll have more time to focus on your landlords, tenants and the overall performance of your portfolio.
THE ROLE:
- Manage an established portfolio of approximately 180 properties
- Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Manage maintenance, repairs and arrears
- Handle lease renewals and day-to-day portfolio matters
- Work closely with a supportive and experienced PM team
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm
ABOUT YOU:
- Previous real estate experience is essential
- Strong Property Management experience
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident managing a portfolio autonomously
- NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
