The opportunity:
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Claims Manager to lead and further develop our claims function.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a suitably qualified claims professional who enjoys managing complex claims while also providing guidance, structure and direction to a growing team. You’ll have real influence over how claims are managed and how our service continues to evolve.

Your role and impact:
Manage and oversee a portfolio of complex strata and general business claims
Act as an escalation point for sensitive or complex claims
Provide leadership, guidance and day to day support to the claims team
Drive timely, professional and client focused claims outcomes
Identify and implement opportunities to improve claims processes and service delivery
Build strong relationships with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, builders and other stakeholders
About you:
Tier 1 Insurance Broking accreditation preferred (or working towards accreditation)
Proven experience in insurance claims management (strata experience highly regarded)
Strong understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle and insurer processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and complex situations
Leadership experience, or the readiness to step into a leadership role
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
