About the Company:

Our client is a nationally recognised Tier 1 commercial construction company with an exceptional reputation for delivering technically complex and high-value government and private sector projects.

With more than 60 years of industry experience, the business has a strong track record across Defence, commercial offices, retail, apartments, education and industrial projects, working with major clients to deliver high-quality developments.

Due to continued project growth, they are now looking to appoint Project Engineers across several major Perth projects.

These are excellent opportunities for Project Engineers with strong commercial building experience who want to work on high-profile projects within a well-resourced Tier 1 environment.

The Projects:

$900M Defence Project SOR

Working across major commercial-style Defence facilities including training facilities, simulator rooms, laboratories, training centres, office and administration facilities, as well as manufacturing, maintenance, infrastructure upgrades and fit-out works.

$300M Education Facility SOR

A major education and research facility incorporating teaching laboratories, research facilities, shared support spaces and science learning hubs, accommodating more than 1,000 students.

$160M Student Accommodation Inner Suburbs

A student accommodation development, with completion expected in late 2027.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar
• Proven experience working as a Project Engineer within commercial construction
• Strong experience across procurement, subcontractor coordination and project delivery
• Experience working on $50M+ commercial building projects highly regarded
• Strong understanding of construction processes, documentation and project controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work effectively within a large project delivery team
• Australian or New Zealand Citizenship preferred; PR may be considered
• Temporary visa and sponsorship candidates cannot be considered
