Your new company

This opportunity sits within one of Australia's most significant banking transformation projects. As customers transition across to another bank, the demand for exceptional customer support continues to grow.
You'll join a supportive team environment where you'll receive extensive training, ongoing coaching and the opportunity to build valuable experience within a Big 4 Bank. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, fast food, reception, customer service or contact centres, this role offers a fantastic pathway into banking and financial services.

Your new role

You'll be one of the first points of contact for customers calling with banking and migration-related enquiries.

Working within a high-volume contact centre environment, you'll assist customers with:

• Internet banking support
• Everyday banking and account enquiries
• Lending-related enquiries
• Account maintenance requests
• Balances and general banking support
• Migration questions

This role can involve handling up to 100 inbound calls per day, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy a busy environment and are confident managing multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must be a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
• Resilience and the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, customer-first mindset
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
• The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems
• Professionalism when managing challenging customer conversations
• A reliable and team-oriented approach
