About the Role

As the Executive Assistant and Project Officer, you will be a trusted partner to the Executive Director Family Law, providing high-level executive support while coordinating projects, initiatives and operational activities across the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support, including diary management, travel and correspondence management.
  • Prepare and coordinate briefings, presentations and executive documentation such as agendas and meeting minutes
  • Lead and support Project Officers and Coordinators to deliver key objectives.
  • Coordinate projects, meetings, events and divisional initiatives.

You are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a senior leader. With strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you can confidently manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Collaborative and solutions-focused, you foster a positive team culture and enjoy supporting others to learn, grow and succeed. Your ability to develop effective systems and processes, build strong relationships and deliver high-quality outcomes will enable you to thrive in this key role within the Family Law Division.
