You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality healthcare environments, working alongside experienced project teams, clients and consultants to develop thoughtful, functional and technically resolved designs. The role offers genuine project ownership and the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of healthcare work while developing your expertise in a specialist sector.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and contributing to healthcare projects from concept through to delivery
• Developing design concepts, documentation and detailed drawing packages
• Coordinating consultants and project stakeholders
• Working closely with clients to understand project requirements
• Ensuring projects meet relevant healthcare, building and compliance requirements
• Supporting and mentoring junior architects and designers
• Contributing to a collaborative and design-led studio environment

About You We’re looking for an Architect with:

• 5+ years’ architectural experience
• Strong experience across healthcare projects
• Excellent understanding of healthcare design principles, standards and compliance
• Strong documentation and technical skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• The ability to manage priorities and work across multiple projects
• A genuine passion for creating high-quality, people-focused environments
