Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
Develop campaign strategies, including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and testing plans.
Create and optimise ad copy and creatives while conducting A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and optimise key performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
Ensure accurate campaign tracking, conversion measurement, attribution setup, and reporting using tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and technical specialists, to deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns.
Maintain campaign documentation and contribute to process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Marketing or Business qualifications are an advantage.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Media Buying.
Strong experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Experience with LinkedIn Ads is preferred.
Exposure to platforms such as TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), or Lemon8 will be an advantage.
Proficient in digital analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion APIs, Looker Studio, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
