Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of MICE Operations and Sales Support Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide operational assistance to the sales team, including air ticket reservations and coordination with hoteliers, restaurants, and event venues for quotations.

Prepare detailed itineraries, arrange airport transfers, coach services, luggage tags, and pre-departure kits (tour booklets and briefings).

Address visa inquiries and facilitate insurance purchases for corporate clients through email and phone communications.

Manage internal and external disputes and complaints effectively.

Assist with proposal preparation and other sales support tasks as required.

Collaborate with the business travel team to support operational needs.

Issue Expense Orders (EO) and invoices for all operational support provided, including tasks assigned by the manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or a relevant field.

Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the Tourism or Hospitality sector.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and maintain a positive working attitude.

Highly independent, meticulous, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience with group booking and familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre or Amadeus is advantageous.
