Working Hours

6-day work week (Including weekends)

Monday to Friday: 8.45am – 5.45pm (Including 1 hour lunch break)

Saturday: 8.45am – 4.00pm (Including 1 hour lunch break)

About the Role

As an Automotive Accident Claims Executive, you will be responsible for supporting customers through their accident claims process, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient communication, and compliance with insurance standards. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your knowledge in the automotive or insurance industry within a reputable and growing company.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist clients with motor accident reporting and documentation.

Advise customers on claims procedures, repair processes, and required documentation.

Follow up with workshops on repair status and update clients accordingly.

Monitor claim progress and keep customers informed on repair and claim status.

Ensure all required claim documents are submitted accurately and promptly.

Manage customer queries at the reception counter or via phone/email professionally.

Maintain proper records of claims cases, documentation, and correspondence.

Ensure compliance with insurance regulatory standards.

Support administrative tasks and reporting related to claims management.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the department head.

What We’re Looking For

Min. 1–2 years of relevant experience in motor insurance claims or automotive industry preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Comfortable with a 6-day work week.
