About Our Client:

Our client was formed through a group of small, family companies into a national enterprise that offers multiple drilling and blasting services under one roof.

About the position:

WorkPac are seeking an experienced HSE Safety Supervisor to champion health and safety compliance. Offering a 7/7 roster, working on a project until October 2026.

Key responsibilities:

Provide onsite support and facilitate incident investigations and risk assessments

Partner with operational leaders to proactively manage health and safety risks

Deliver the annual H&S plan and support safety maturity initiatives

Roll out H&S training, coaching, and fundamental initiatives

Offer trusted advice aligned with the Rio Tinto HSEC Management System

Coordinate site-based health and wellbeing initiatives

Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities

Skills and experience:

Relevant health and safety qualification or extensive experience in a similar role

Highly regarded but not essential experience with incident investigations and risk assessment

Minimum certificate IV in health and Safety or relevant field

Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Strong influencing and engagement skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting systems

Excellent communication and analytical skills

C Class Manual Driver’s Licence
