About the role
As a key regulatory compliance, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while delivering a high level of service to internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work across a broad mix of activities—from administering applications to supporting communications and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Reviewing applications and supporting participants through onboarding and compliance processes
• Managing customer enquiries and shared inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and supporting reporting activities
• Drafting clear and engaging communications for internal and external audiences
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to improve systems, processes, and documentation
• Supporting program initiatives, projects, and ongoing improvements
• Building positive relationships with stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative team culture

What you’ll bring

• Experience in compliance administration or similar customer focussed environments
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with stakeholders and handling enquiries independently
• Solid digital skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
