Balmoral Financial is a growing mortgage brokerage and looking for an experienced Credit Analyst/Client Services Manager/Senior Loan Processor to join their team due to continued business growth and increasing client demand.

We are currently based in a beautiful office by Manly bayside. We have ample parking, great cafés, and a happy work environment. In the next 12-18 months we are looking to move the office closer to the city so this would be perfect for someone near the Gateway, or South Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity to work closely with an experienced Broker team and highly experienced Credit Manager.

You will also be supported by an established team including another Pre-Credit support staff. You’ll play a key role in structuring, assessing, and progressing residential lending applications.

The role offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options available with a blend of WFH flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Assess residential lending scenarios and structure deals appropriately

Analyse servicing, income, liabilities, and lender policy

Prepare and manage loan submissions through to formal approval and settlement

Liaise with lenders, clients, and internal support staff

Support the Broker with credit strategy and deal structuring

Manage multiple loan files while ensuring accuracy and efficiency

About You

Experience in residential lending (bank, lender, or broker environment)

Strong understanding of lender policy and servicing calculations

Confident communicator with a professional phone manner

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple files at different stages

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
