Working Hours / Location:

Working Days: Mondays to Fridays

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee site operations, staff deployment, manpower management, and enquiries

Resolve operational issues promptly while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and site guidelines

Verify reports, refund applications, and documents for accuracy and completeness

Conduct audits and ensure adherence to operational and financial SOPs

Manage cash collections, banking, and reconciliation processes

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE A levels or Diploma in any discipline with minimally 3 years of supervisory experience

Good team player who possess a cheerful and positive attitude

Meticulous with details, with good interpersonal skills

Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work

Willing to work on shifts, including weekends, PH and night when required
