About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dogman to join our team at High Rise Crane & Rigging Services' in Darwin NT 0800. As a Dogman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our crane services.

What you'll be doing

Communicating with crane operators to coordinate the safe movement of loads

Attaching and detaching loads to and from the crane hook

Guiding the movement of loads to ensure they are positioned correctly and safely

Inspecting and maintaining lifting equipment to ensure it is in good working order

Identifying and mitigating potential safety hazards on the worksite

Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and company policies

Providing support and guidance to other members of the crane crew as needed

What we're looking for

Multistory experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with crane operators and the wider team

Strong problem-solving abilities to identify and address potential safety issues

Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment

High Risk Licence certification.

Experience in using a variety of lifting equipment and rigging techniques
