About the role

As a Project Manager at CHL CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of construction projects. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies

Coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution

Monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Managing project budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and project delivery

Providing mentorship and guidance to junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Excellent project management and problem-solving skills

Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams

Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or a related field
