Are you passionate about retail, customer service, and leading a team to success? We're looking for an energetic and driven Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.
If you enjoy coaching people, achieving sales targets, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you!
πΌ What You'll Be Doing
Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and profitability targets
Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability to maximize sales
Plan and execute promotional activities to drive department performance
Prepare team rosters and manpower schedules to support operational needs
Coach, train, and develop team members through on-the-job training
Ensure excellent merchandising, stock replenishment, pricing, and product displays
Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and customer service
Support daily store operations and undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned

Passion for retail and customer service
Strong leadership and communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Able to handle products weighing up to 10-15kg
Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
