Job Opportunity: We have an amazing opportunity for a Speech Pathology Team Lead looking for a simpler life living in beautiful Arnhem Land, Northern Territory, passionate about helping people and wanting an adventure travelling throughout communities empowering people unlock their potential. Join our multidisciplinary Allied health team and discover some of the most untouched places in Australia, as you travel by road or small planes to visit homelands and Indigenous communities across Arnhem land.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the Speech Pathology team through clinical leadership, mentoring, supervision, onboarding, professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Conduct comprehensive assessments with consideration for the cultural, physical and emotional needs of clients, particularly Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Develop and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes, while ensuring culturally responsive practice.

Deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology services to support communication, participation, independence and quality of life.

Utilise appropriate therapeutic techniques to support clients in improving or developing their communication and swallowing abilities.

Collaborate with General Practitioners, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other members of the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, client-centred care.

Review and adapt intervention plans based on client progress, participating in multidisciplinary meetings and case conferences as required.

Deliver culturally respectful Speech Pathology services across clinic, community and remote outreach settings throughout East Arnhem Land

Base Salary + Superannuation (Full-time, HP Level 3.1-3.5):

$126,236.36 – $140,555 per annum + $5,000 sign on bonus + $10,000 relocation
