We are looking for Loans Telesales Officers to join a dynamic banking sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain banking experience, develop your telesales skills and earn attractive monthly incentives based on your performance.

💼 Your Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell loan products.

Promote products including Personal Loans, Balance Transfer and Cashline.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.

Handle customer objections, concerns and resistance professionally.

Follow up and maximise conversions from assigned leads within the required timeline.

Work towards and consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.

Deliver a smooth and positive customer onboarding experience.

Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with the required banking policies and procedures.

Candidates with telesales, telemarketing, customer service or sales experience are welcome.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident speaking with customers over the phone.

Comfortable handling objections and influencing customer decisions.

Target-driven, resilient and motivated by incentives.

Candidates with banking, loans, credit card or financial services experience will have an added advantage.
