We are seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Sydney finance team. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background and some exposure to customer service, administration, or accounts-related work, who is looking to develop a long-term career in finance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing customer accounts and Accounts Receivable activities
• Performing customer and intercompany reconciliations
• Following up outstanding invoices and supporting debt collection activities
• Resolving customer account enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Supporting month-end processes and reporting
• Maintaining accurate records within finance and CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• Accounting, Finance, Bookkeeping, or related educational background
• 6 months+ experience in a junior accounts/finance/administration role - Accounts receivable experience highly regarded
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Patient, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
