We’re looking for a full time addition to our rapidly growing national team.
We’re looking for a Digital Account Executive or Digital Account Manager with 3+ years’ experience in an Australian digital agency. The ideal person is commercially sharp, thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to coordinate internal teams so work lands on time, on brief and without friction.
A key part of the role is coordinating paid media ensuring internal specialists and external partners stay aligned, on time and on brief. SEO, wed development and content knowledge is a plus, but not critical.
Our Melbourne office is located in Southbank. The role is remote-first with in-person collaboration sessions 3 - 4 times a month. We have teams across 2 Australian and 2 international teams with clients across ANZ and the US.
The role:
You’re the key point across a set of retained clients, keeping day-to-day performance, strategy, communication and delivery aligned and moving forward. You’ll own delivery and coordination across your accounts, working closely with a senior who supports you on strategy and client leadership while you build toward owning that yourself.
A core part of the role is directing our internal specialists across paid media and analytics, and coordinating development partners so work lands on time and on brief. Knowledge of SEO and content is a plus.
Strategy, planning & delivery:
• Run client campaigns across Paid Search, SEO and Paid Social with a commercial lens
• Turn strategy into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
• Manage timelines, scope and handovers so delivery stays smooth
• Provide direction and QA across media strategy, reporting and optimisation
• Contribute to conversion, attribution and performance improvement conversations, and grow into leading them
Internal delivery coordination:
• Brief our channel specialists with clarity on objectives, requirements, deadlines and outputs
• Track delivery against timelines and manage prioritisation across accounts
• Spot risks early and communicate solutions before problems escalate
• Keep every deliverable aligned to the agreed strategy
• Maintain structured workflows across multiple accounts
• Uphold operational discipline, including tasking, documentation and QA
Account & stakeholder management:
• Act as day-to-day contact for clients with proactive, no-surprises communication
• Lead weekly or fortnightly performance reviews and make sure actions progress internally
• Manage relationships with publishers alongside our specialist teams
• Bring clarity across clients, internal teams and partners
Technical capability:
• Confident with GA4, Google Ads and Meta Business Manager
• Read data and link digital activity to genuine business impact
• Support reporting frameworks that prioritise clarity and forward-looking insights
Who you are:
• A minimum of 3 years in an Australian digital agency at the Account Executive or Account Manager level
• Strong SEM capability with working knowledge of Paid Social and/or SEO
• Understands the running of delivery teams and workflows
• A clear brief writer who manages priorities and timelines without being chased
• Comfortable creating structure and reducing ambiguity
• Commercially minded, with the judgement to know what matters most
• A confident communicator across all levels of stakeholders
• Experienced in ecommerce and conversion-led performance
• Self-directed, reliable and solutions focused and keen to keep growing
Engagement details:
• 5 days per week
• Melbourne-based, remote-first, with set in-person collaboration
• Reports to Partner, Client Services
