You’ll be at the centre of daily operations, preparing, scanning, and processing client records with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Scanning and indexing a variety of documents, including correspondence, contracts, and other business records.
Ensuring high-quality image capture and data entry to maintain the integrity of our document management system.
Performing quality assurance checks on scanned images to identify and correct any errors.
Adhering to strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.
What we're looking for
Proficiency in using document scanning and imaging equipment, with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent data entry and proofreading skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Good understanding of document management best practices and file naming conventions.
Familiarity with enterprise content management systems or document imaging software.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
