About the Role:
Core Talent working with a leading contractor who specialises in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure and Energy Project across QLD. They are currently seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians or EEHA Electricians to support a major project in the Surat Basin.

Job Title 1: Electrical & Instrumentation Technician (E&I)
Rate: $84ph (Flat Rate) + Super

Job Title 2: EEHA Electrician / Electricians
Rate: $76ph (Flat Rate) + Super

Position: Permanent
Location: Surat Basin
Roster: 19:9 (19 days on, 9 days off) - travel on their time.
Hours: 10/11hr days
Allowances: + Weekly Site Allowances + Meals, Accommodation & Travel

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of electrical and instrumentation equipment associated with artificial lift systems.
• Cable installation, terminations, testing, and fault finding.
• Commissioning of field instrumentation and electrical systems.
• Completion of commissioning documentation and quality records.

About You:
Ideally you’ll bring at least 5 years’ experience in a similar E&I or EEHA role and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. You’re capable of working independently and in a team environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Electrical Trade Qualification
• C Class Manual Driver’s License
• Construction Induction Card (White Card)
• Cert IV in Hazardous Areas – Electrical (EEHA) - Desired
• Cert III or IV in Electrical Instrumentation - Desired
• Low Voltage Rescue (LVR)
