₱35,000 – ₱52,500 per month (and up to ₱70,000 for the right standout)
Want to fast-track a finance career most people take 5–7 years to build? This is your shot.
Brokerpedia is one of the most trusted names in Australian mortgage broking — our software is used by around 18,000 mortgage professionals across the country. This role puts you right inside that world, working with a broking firm closely tied to Brokerpedia, learning at a pace you won't find anywhere else.
Here's the real prize: a hands-on mentoring program designed to take you to senior credit analyst level in about two years, not the usual five to seven. You'll come out of it with best-in-class knowledge, sharp processes, and the kind of expertise that opens doors to high-level roles in the Australian mortgage market within two to three years. It's genuinely a once-in-a-lifetime accelerator for the right person.
You'll learn the day-to-day groundwork properly — the real detail of how credit and banking work — and that's the point. Once you know how a file actually moves and why lenders decide the way they do, the high-level, strategic side of the industry starts to click. That's what takes you from doing the work to understanding the whole game.
Master the groundwork and the rest opens up fast. This sets you up for quick acceleration — toward senior analyst, and into management if that's where you want to head. If you're after the fast track, this is it.
We're after someone hungry to learn — responsive, curious, happy to think outside the box, and the sort who runs at a challenge rather than away from it. A positive, go-getter attitude and strong critical thinking will take you a long way here.
What you'll be doing
You'll support mortgage brokers, managers and credit analysts through the full journey of getting a loan application prepared, packaged and submitted to lenders. Day to day that means accurate data entry into our broker software and the lender lodgement system (Apply Online), keeping documentation organised in the cloud, and following up with lenders to keep files moving. Full training is provided — you don't need to know all of this on day one, you just need to be ready to learn it.
Once you've been through our program, you'll be confident with things like:
In-depth knowledge of the Australian mortgage process, start to finish (Initial Processing through to Settlement)
Working across platforms like Mercury, Apply Online, Infynity, Podium, Flex, Salestrekker and others
Entering client applications accurately from various Fact Finds into multiple systems
Indexing and organising supporting documents, and spotting the gaps
Packaging and submitting applications — preparing SOCA, NCCP documents (Preliminary Assessment, Credit Proposal disclosure, Credit Guide and so on), and interpreting lender credit requirements so the right documents are held and provided
Chasing lenders for pricing discounts, ordering valuations and property reports
Following up with clients for any outstanding documents
Monitoring applications daily and reporting on progress
And once you've got that down, here's where it gets really interesting — the next-level skills that take you toward senior analyst:
Reading a client's full situation and working out which lenders are likely to say yes before you lodge — so files go to the right place first time
Spotting where a deal might trip on a lender's policy (servicing, LVR, employment type) and structuring around it early, instead of fixing it after a knockback
Interpreting lender credit policy straight from the source and explaining the "why" behind a decision, not just following a checklist
Handling the tricky scenarios — self-employed income, trusts, multiple securities — that usually only land on a senior analyst's desk
Owning a file end to end with little oversight, and being the person more junior staff come to with their questions
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business, Commerce or a banking/finance-related field — we hire cum laude graduates from top universities
Strong written and verbal English
Great on-screen presentation skills — comfortable and clear on camera and in video calls
Highly trainable and genuinely open to feedback
A real team player who can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping the ball
What we offer
Industry-best salary, real work-life balance, and the freedom to work from home.
