We're currently looking for an experienced Locksmith Tradesperson to join our team in Adelaide. We also have opportunities available in Sydney for the right candidates.

As a Locksmith Tradesperson, you'll work across a variety of residential, commercial and government sites, carrying out locksmith and security work to a high professional standard.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll work independently while being supported by an experienced team. You'll build strong relationships with customers, solve problems on-site, and represent One & Only Locksmiths with professionalism and pride.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Attending locksmith service calls across residential and commercial properties

Carrying out lockouts, rekeys, lock repairs and lock installations

Installing and servicing electric strikes, mag locks, mortice locks and other locking systems

Delivering outstanding customer service on every job

Maintaining accurate job records and completing required documentation

Working safely and complying with company policies and procedures

Representing the business professionally while building strong client relationships

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

Qualified Locksmith (or equivalent recognised trade qualification)

Previous experience in residential and commercial locksmithing

Experience with electronic locking systems is highly regarded

Current Australian Driver Licence

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

A positive attitude and willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
