With our current Head Chef stepping into a newly created Group Culinary Leadership role and the launch of F3 Sports.Social, we're expanding our culinary leadership team and looking for two experienced Senior Sous Chefs who are ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading service across busy restaurant and functions operations

Supporting and mentoring an experienced kitchen team

Delivering consistently high food standards

Assisting with menu development and seasonal improvements

Driving kitchen efficiency and continuous improvement

Supporting weddings, corporate events and large-scale functions

Working closely with the Executive Chef to help shape what's next

Building a positive kitchen culture where people enjoy coming to work

Thrives in busy, high-volume kitchens

Enjoys mentoring and developing people

Is commercially aware and understands kitchen performance

Is curious about food trends and changing customer expectations

Takes pride in delivering consistently great food every service

You'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a Senior Sous Chef or experienced Sous Chef

Strong Australian restaurant experience

Commercial Cookery qualification

Excellent communication and organisational skills
