PARTNER / SPECIAL COUNSEL - Commercial Litigation | Brisbane CBD
We’re seeking a Senior Litigation Lawyer (Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation or a mix of both) who is ready to join a growing Brisbane-based litigation practice in a key position allowing for excellent autonomy and leadership duties if this interests you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Daily carriage of high level Commercial Litigation matters
If taking on a leadership role - overseeing files run by your team of solicitors
Partner on strategic planning, pipeline management, and profitability
Bring a strong commercial lens to risk, program, procurement and delivery outcomes
Act as a key representative of the business with clients and stakeholders.
About You
Solid Commercial Litigation and/or Construction Litigation background
Strong commercial acumen: understanding margins, risk, delivery, and decision-making
A collaborative leader who builds trust and brings calm, confident direction
Entrepreneurial mindset
Brisbane-based (or ready to relocate) and motivated by a pathway to equity in the future
