F&B Junior Captain
Location: Fort Canning, Singapore
Salary: $1,800 – $2,400/month
Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
Experience: 1 year in F&B preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a service-oriented F&B Junior Captain to join our café team. You will help deliver a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain dining areas and service stations.
Welcome and assist guests with seating.
Take and serve orders accurately.
Attend to guest requests and enquiries.
Clear tables and maintain cleanliness.
Check bills and assist with payment matters.
Support other service areas when required.
Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Minimum N-Level; NITEC in F&B is preferred.
F&B experience is an advantage.
Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and able to work well in a team.
