About the Position

Currently there is an opportunity for a knowledgeable and proven Residential Estimator to join their team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate take offs and bill of quantities to ensure budgets and profits are met.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 5 years residential estimating experience in a volume environment

Good knowledge of relevant building legislation

Able to identify and solve complex problems

Databuild experience highly regarded

Strong eye for detail
