We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to step into a hands-on community role (30 hrs/week) supporting clients across the Illawarra.
Move beyond task-based care and into a role where you will build relationships, support clients consistently, and make a real difference every day.
The Role
This is a part-time, client facing, 30-hour per week role, working across the Illawarra (Kiama to Wollongong) with travel between clients.
You will support clients and caregivers to ensure high-quality care, strong relationships, and continuity across every visit.
This includes,
• Engaging in client visits, completing all aspects of care to the highest quality and expertise.
• Supporting ongoing clinical care and continuity, identifying changes and keeping care plans up to date
• Guiding and supporting caregivers in the field to maintain high standards, supervising first visits and competency sign-offs.
• Monitoring client wellbeing and risk, escalating concerns appropriately
• Maintaining accurate documentation using AlayaCare and Google Workspace
• Working closely with the Care Designer and team to coordinate care
• Participating in a shared on-call rotation as required
• Taking ownership by following through, communicating clearly, and delivering consistent, high-quality care
For the right candidate, we see the role evolving over time to include office-based administrative and compliance based work for a portion of the weekly roster.
About You
• AHPRA Registered Enrolled Nurse (EN)
• Confident working independently in the community across aged care or disability
• Skilled in wound care, diabetes care and general nursing support
• Strong communicator who builds trust with clients, families and teams
• Reliable, organised and accountable, with the ability to follow through
• Current First Aid and CPR certification

Requirements
• AHPRA Registration (Enrolled Nurse)
• Current First Aid and CPR certification
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• National Police Check
• Valid driver’s licence
• Reliable, insured vehicle for community travel
