About the role
Rock of Ages Church is looking for a passionate and Christ-centred Pastor to lead our Family Life Ministry. If you have a heart to strengthen marriages, disciple families, and shepherd God's people through biblical teaching and pastoral care, we would love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Provide spiritual leadership for the Family Life Ministry.
Preach, teach, and equip couples and families with biblical principles.
Conduct marriage preparation and enrichment programmes.
Provide pastoral care and biblical counselling.
Develop and equip marriage mentors.
About you
A mature and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
A servant-hearted team player who aligns with the Church's calling and doctrinal beliefs.
Theological training from a recognised Bible college or seminary is an advantage.
Pastoral ministry experience, especially in the Family Life ministry.
Strong teaching, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
