The Role
Manage a quality personal injury caseload while playing a key role within a growing and well-regarded team.
The work includes:
Running complex personal injury matters end-to-end
Providing strategic advice and strong client service
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and support staff
Maintaining referrer and stakeholder relationships
Contributing to broader practice growth and development
This is a hands-on senior position with genuine influence and autonomy.
About You
5+ years PAE in plaintiff personal injury law
Strong technical capability across personal injury matters
Proven ability to manage matters independently
Leadership and mentoring capability
Commercial, client-focused and solutions-oriented approach
