We are growing and seeking a standout HR professional to join our consulting team to work with our clients. This is a rare opportunity to do meaningful HR work inside a business that actually values people strategy and creates meaningful change.

About the Role

You will step in as our client's HR expert, working directly to help them build and lead strong teams. This is a hands-on consulting role where you will be embedded in our client programs and contribute real, lasting results.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Recruitment support: writing job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews and guiding hiring decisions

Onboarding: designing and delivering structured onboarding experiences that set new team members up for success from day one

Team Performance Sessions: facilitating training and mentoring for clinic teams, helping staff develop skills and confidence in their roles

Leadership advisory: providing one-on-one guidance to clinic owners on team management, performance conversations, culture challenges and people decisions

The rest of the program deliverables are managed by the JadeStart team.

The Details

Type: Casual or Part Time

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week to start, with flexibility across days and times

Location: Fully remote (must be based in Australia)

Rate: $55 to $75 per hour based on experience and competence

Growth: Hours and scope will grow as the relationship develops for the right person

Who We Are Looking For

You are someone who has spent time in the aesthetics, beauty or wellness industry, either working inside a clinic or salon, or supporting businesses in that space as an HR professional. You understand the unique pressures clinic owners face, the dynamics of small close-knit teams, and what it actually takes to lead people well in a client-facing environment.

You may be a perfect fit if you are one of the following types of people:

Clinic or salon owner

Clinic Practice Manager

Business Development Manager

Human Resource Consultant

You may thrive in this role if you have:

Experience in HR, people and culture, or team management within the aesthetics, beauty or wellness industry (HR background strongly preferred; business development or management background with strong people skills also considered)

Confidence facilitating training sessions and coaching conversations with both staff and business owners

Practical experience with recruitment, onboarding or performance management in a small business context

Excellent communication skills: clear, direct, warm and professional

The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule without hand-holding
