Our Client:

Our client is a global manufacturer of pumping products that provides unique solutions to a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an energetic, customer-focused, and motivated individual to join their Sales and Service team on a permanent full-time basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate sales quotes and general service pricing.

Key Duties:

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Responding to pricing requests and queries

Accurate data input using the CRM

Effective document management - ensuring all contracts, pricing and supporting documentation are filed appropriately and are accessible

Ensuring After Sales Service and agreements are improved, adjusted, and implemented as required

Evaluating and updating new pricing agreements

Compile documentation for delivery and receivables

Travel nationally and internationally when required - business and training.

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience with maintenance management of specialised equipment is highly desirable, but not essential

Trade Certificate Qualification, Mechanical Fitter or Diploma of Mechanical Engineering is desirable, but not essential

Strong communicator, both verbal and written with excellent problem-solving abilities.
